Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

• You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
• Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.
• For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund policy

1. Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 1 to 5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh. 2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Services Department. 3. We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest or message us throw Facebook messenger. 4 . Exchange items must only be exchanged with products available in the stores or courier which has the same value or higher value (in which case cash or credit cards may be used for the difference). 5. Year Clearance Sale(50% Discount) products has no refunds & exchange Policy. If there is torn or faults found in the fabric than it will be exchanged(Only if same category products are available that moment) Note: Please check the product while you receiving it from rider and rider is available Infront of you. If there is any problem in product/wrong size/color then you can return instantly by paying delivery charge only
