  2. Prices & Products – Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We may update prices or product details without prior notice.
  3. Shipping – Delivery time depends on your location. We are not responsible for courier delays.
  4. Returns & Refunds – Only unused items in original packaging may be returned within 3 days. Sale items are non-refundable. Read our Refund Policy for details.
  5. Intellectual Property – All content on our site belongs to Fantasy Fusion BD. Do not copy without permission.
  6. Prohibited Use – No illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of our site or products is allowed.
  7. Liability – We are not responsible for damages, misuse, or third-party issues related to our products.
  8. Law – These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled in Dhaka courts.

Refund policy

1. Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 1 to 5 business days anywhere in Bangladesh. 2. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Services Department. 3. We start the shipping process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest or message us throw Facebook messenger. 4 . Exchange items must only be exchanged with products available in the stores or courier which has the same value or higher value (in which case cash or credit cards may be used for the difference). 5. Year Clearance Sale(50% Discount) products has no refunds & exchange Policy. If there is torn or faults found in the fabric than it will be exchanged(Only if same category products are available that moment) Note: Please check the product while you receiving it from rider and rider is available Infront of you. If there is any problem in product/wrong size/color then you can return instantly by paying delivery charge only
